Title
Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works by adding $19,043 of Ramsey County funding and $1,842 of Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding into the Maryland Arkwright Intersection Improvement Project and transferring $401,672 of MSA financing from the project into MSA Contingency.

WHEREAS, the Maryland Arkwright Intersection Improvement Project is complete and ready to be closed out by resolving the financing and spending, and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $19,043 of Ramsey County funding and $1,842 of Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding added to the project, and
WHEREAS, there is an available MSA balance of $401,672 within this project that the Department of Public Works proposes to transfer into MSA Contingency, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $20,885 in the Capital Improvement Budgets, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation funds of $401,672, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $20,885 is available for appropriation and $401,672 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
