Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department to establish the spending and financing plans for the reimbursement from the City of Bloomington in the amount of $64,514.46.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the City of Bloomington for equipment and training for the Saint Paul Fire Department Minnesota Task Force One team; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of equipment and training is $64,514.46; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $64,514.46 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2016 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2016 budget.
