Title

Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $243,462 by adding funding to the 2016 Signalized Intersection Program and the Warner Bridge Project, and adding funding and removing uncollected Assessment Revenue from the 2015 Sidewalk Program.

Body

WHEREAS, there needs to be $129,359 of Ramsey County Funding and Federal New Freedom Funds revenue added to Maryland and Shepard Road jobs in 2016 Signalized Intersection Program related to the  2016 Ramsey County Mill and Overlay Program; and

 

WHEREAS, there needs to be $80,000 of Saint Paul Sewers Revenue added into the Warner Bridge Project being completed by Ramsey County for additional work after contract was let pertaining to Sewers; and 

 

WHEREAS, there needs to be $84,103 of Program Revenue added and $50,000 of uncollected Assessment Revenue removed from the 2015 Sidewalk Program; and

 

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $243,462 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $243,462 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
