RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Illinois Farmers Insurance Company and their attorney, Daniel E. Hintz, the total sum of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred dollars and no cents ($9,700.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 62-CV-16-3279 for damages and attorney’s fees arising from the incident occurring on December 9, 2014.
