WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kong Lee to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1049 HAGUE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council require that a "building-only" code compliance inspection with the building inspector determining whether a full code compliance inspection is needed and also waive the vacant building for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
