Purpose of Appeal: Appealing the fire safety inspection. This is an unconstitutional search of my home and my property in it. I own this house and am the only occupant. This is not rental property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Leo Cassady to a Fire Safety Inspection Appointment at 628 WESTERN AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal for appellant to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
