Adding 108 Cleveland Avenue South to Residential Permit Parking Area 21.

WHEREAS, on street parking in front of house number 108 Cleveland Avenue South was removed with the Cleveland Ave Bike Project and this address is surrounded by RPP Areas 21 and 22; and
WHEREAS, after requested by property owner of 108 Cleveland Avenue South to be added to Area 21, the Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC) Transportation Committee held a public meeting on September 26, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the MGCC Transportation Committee heard no objections to this addition; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that house number 108 Cleveland Avenue South be added to RPP Area 21 and be it finally
RESOLVED, that these new regulations shall be in effect and enforced 30 days after City Council approval.
