RESOLVED, that based upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Xcel Energy Company, the sum of $10,077.87 in full settlement of claim for property damages sustained on February 4, 2016 as a result of an automobile accident on Highway 52 crossing the Lafayette Bridge in Saint Paul, MN.
