Body

WHEREAS, Eclectic Culinary Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Pajarito (License ID #20160002945) applied for a Liquor On Sale -101-180 Seats license and a Liquor On Sale - Sunday license for the premises located at 605-7^th Street West; and  

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the West Seventh/Fort Road Federation (District 9) in support of a waiver the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the licenses; and 

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no other objections to the 45-day waiver or issuance of the licenses; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the applications are in order and there are no grounds for denial of the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of a Liquor On Sale -101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses; now, therefore, be it, 

RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement is granted and the Liquor On Sale -101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses are hereby granted to Eclectic Culinary Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Pajarito (License ID #20160002945) for the premises located at 605-7^th Street West in Saint Paul.
