RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of ten thousand dollars and no cents ($10,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in Deontrae Morehead v. City of St. Paul, Anthony Spencer, Richard Beard, Steven Jaworski, and Joseph Dick, for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys’ fees regarding the incident on August 14, 2015.
