Authorizing the Police Department to expense costs associated with the required attendance of officers to community meetings.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department has several on-going programs that help create community partnerships and it is essential to be in attendance for events and meetings to further these partnerships; and

 

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Police Department is requesting authorization to expense food, beverage and admittance costs to the Police 2016 General Fund and Special Fund budgets for officers which are required to be in attendance; and

 

BE IT ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay a portion of the costs of food, beverage and admittance associated with the above, in the amount not to exceed $3,000 from Accounting Unit 20023809, 10023200 and 10023100.
