WHEREAS, on September 7, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 16-38, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate for property at 850 University Avenue; and

WHEREAS, a legislative hearing was conducted on September 13 for as follow-up discussion and Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting an extension to January 1, 2017 for compliance of the Condemnation and Order to Vacate Notice; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to January 1, 2017.
