Amending the financing and spending plans in the capital budget for the Department of Public Works by adding $254,018 of Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding into the Randolph - Brimhall to I-35E Reconstruction Projects.
Body
WHEREAS, the City and Ramsey County entered into a Cooperative Construction Agreement for reconstruction of Randolph Avenue from Brimhall Street to I-35E; and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $254,018 of Sewer Utility funding added to the projects for sanitary sewer work completed under the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are additional funds available for appropriation in the amount of $254,018 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
Now, therefore be it, RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $254,018 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvements Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
