WHEREAS, the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license application submitted by Sunrise Market, LLC d/b/a Sunrise Market, LLC (License ID# 20160000646) for the premises located at 1085 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated August 22, 2016, stating the application was in “pending” status because the applicant had not submitted the required information to continue the application process; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant failed to respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit the required information in order to continue the application process, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the applicant failed to submit the required information, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application by September 1, 2016, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license application submitted by Sunrise Market, LLC d/b/a Sunrise Market, LLC is hereby denied.
