Reducing permit limits for house numbers 57-75 and 89-115 Cleveland Ave South in Residential Permit Parking Area 22.

WHEREAS, on street parking in front of house numbers 57-75 and 89-115 Cleveland Avenue was removed with the Cleveland Ave Bike Project and these addresses were added to Permit Parking Area 22 to be eligible for up to 6 permits per household per Area 22 rules through RES PH 16-70; and
WHEREAS, after further requests by residents in Area 22, the Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC) Transportation Committee held a public meeting on July 25, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC) Transportation Committee supports the proposed change to the recently adopted modifications to Permit Parking Area 22 by reducing the number of permits for 57-75 and 89-115 Cleveland from 6 total to 2 total permits per household; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the number of permits for 57-75 and 89-115 Cleveland from 6 total to 2 total permits per household and be it finally
RESOLVED, that these new regulations shall be in effect and enforced 30 days after City Council approval.
