Appeal of Tony Vang to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 81 MAGNOLIA AVENUE WEST.

Purpose of Appeal: Needed time to fix car. Car was only there of one month as I just moved. Covered the car with a tarp and recently removed the license in case of theft. Per this violation, I took off the tarp and put the license plates on again.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant thought that removing the tarp would take care of the "unimproved surface." Staff explained that was not the case, so appellant is working on moving the vehicle.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tony Vang to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 81 MAGNOLIA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
