The HRA will convene at 3:30 pm preceeding the City Council meeting.

1. Authorization to Designate St. Paul Euclid, LLC, as Tentative Developer of 234-238 Bates Avenue, District 4, Ward 7. (Laid over from July 27, 2016)
Commissioner Noecker thanked staff and Commissioner Prince for the time to look over the two proposals.
Commissioner Stark, Prince and Chair Brendmoen thanked staff for providing all the information asked for.
