RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release with Brent and Rebecca Meissner and Safeco Insurance, and the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Activity 850-28171-0511, the sum of $184,000.00 as full settlement of the claim for damages sustained on March 7, 2013 at 2531 James Drive East in the city of Maplewood, Minnesota.
