Approving the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment (B) licenses for Capitol Ridge II, LLC, d/b/a Peddlers Pub & Capitol Ridge Event Center (License ID #20160001640) at 161 St. Anthony Avenue.

WHEREAS, Capitol Ridge II, LLC d/b/a Peddlers Pub & Capitol Ridge Event Center (License ID #20160001640) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 161 St. Anthony Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also applied for a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the licensed premises is located downtown; therefore, a petition was not required for either the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) or the Entertainment (B) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment (B) licenses in conjunction with the Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats and Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and an Entertainment (B) license are hereby granted in conjunction with a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses to Capitol Ridge II, LLC d/b/a Peddlers Pub & Capitol Ridge Event Center (License ID #20160001640) for the premises located at 161 St. Anthony Avenue in Saint Paul.
