WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Douglas M. Henneman to a Summary Abatement and Condemnation & Order to Vacate at 1536 VAN BUREN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension to August 29, 2016 to remove all the exterior items listed in the Summary Abatement Order and grant an extension to August 26, 2016 to vacate the property. Property will be referred to Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
