WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steven Lee to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1836 MECHANIC AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, anticpating that the roof shingles will be in compliance in 2018 when the next Fire Certificate of Occupancy is due (and if not, new orders can be issued); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
