Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire and Safety Service's Tort Liability Fund to Geico Insurance Company as subrogee of John P. Humphrey, the amount of nine thousand four hundred ninety three dollars and thirty eight cents ($9,493.38) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occurred on or about the 3rd day of August, 2015 in Saint Paul, MN.
