Adopting the June 2016 Stormwater Permit Annual Report.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater discharge permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on January 21, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to develop a Stormwater Management Program and submit an annual report documenting the implementation of this program; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a Council resolution adopting the annual report; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on this report on August 3, 2016; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the "June 2016 Stormwater Permit Annual Report” for submittal to the MPCA.
