Appeal of William Paul Omodt to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 87 ACKER STREET EAST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, July 26, 2016, 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Need more time to file bankrupt on Excel.  I average $75.00 per month in the winter time on heat & electricity.  My bill is $8,400.  They will not turn on electricity until they have $7,900.  I just don't make that kind of money.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William Paul Omodt to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 87 ACKER STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension to January 1, 2017 to continue the use of the garage for cold storage without gas and electricity; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
