WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kyi Kyi Lwin Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 603 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 30, 2016 to remove the garage, noting that owner must provide parking for the tenant after the garage is demolished; all other items are to be brought into compliance by September 16, 2016; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
