Title

Appeal of Ray Hatchett to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 869 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, July 26, 2016, 1:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Due to the number of correction issues (26) raised by the inspection and my current financial issues and time constraints related to my wife having a terminal brain disease, I need at least 3 months to address some of these issues.  Also, I would like to make it understood that I did not deliberately attempt to avoid applying for the construction permit.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  July 8, 2016

Inspector/Key Staff:  Efrayn Franquiz
