Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a lease, which includes an indemnification clause, with the State of Minnesota for use of the Camp Ripley Grounds and Facilities.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD) wishes to enter into a Lease for the Use of Camp Ripley Grounds and Facilities, including meals, with the State of Minnesota which includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into this agreement and authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen A. Wuorinen to implement the attached lease.
