RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) effective upon execution and terminates on September 30, 2021. The Saint Paul Police Department will be reimbursed for salary and overtime hours for officers assigned to the ATF Task Force.
