The attached Financial Analysis moves Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into two (2) project specific codes to reflect City Council action adopted via Resolution #16-918. In addition, the remaining balance of one (1) completed Neighborhood STAR Year-Round project is being returned to the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program.
