WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of George Stone to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1079 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to August 19, 2016 to remove the gas stove and cap the gas line by a licensed contractor and discontinue the use as a duplex; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
