WHEREAS, in the matter of Quintin L. & Robyn Koger Kidd to a Correction Notice at 1064 PACIFIC STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant an extension to get the parking pad via a site plan for the trailer approved by Zoning with a compliance date of September 1, 2016; 2) grant an extension for repairing or replacing the garage roof to October 31, 2016; 3) grant an extension to October 31, 2016 for seal and repair cracks around the garage; 4) grant the appeal on the cord for the camper; and 5) grant the appeal pertaining to the retaining wall - pending evaluation of new orders to one or both neighbors in 2017; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
