WHEREAS, on May 18, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH TA 16-165, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice and Summary Abatement Order for property at 2153 Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council delete the excessive consumption fee as long as the debris from the wall is cleaned up and an extension is given until June 30, 2016 to replace the wall; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension as the owner submitted a signed bid showing the work is going to be completed by September 1, 2016; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that the City Council grants an extension to September 1, 2016 .
