WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners has referred a repurchase application for a tax forfeited vacant lot at 0 MECHANIC AVENUE to the City of Saint Paul for a recommendation;
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has reviewed police, building, and property maintenance code violations within the past five years; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has not determined if the vacant lot at 0 MECHANIC AVENUE is a municipal problem; therefore, be it
RESOLVED the City of Saint Paul has no recommendation for the Ramsey County Board of Commission in its consideration of 0 Mechanic Avenue, Pin # 27-29-22-24-0059; Now, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is requested to forward a certified copy of this Council resolution to the Ramsey County Tax Forfeited Land Office, 90 Plato Boulevard West for final processing.
