WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting for the designation of Todd D. Axtell, Chief of Police and Kathleen A. Wuorinen, Assistant Chief of Police as authorized signers for all department contracts pursuant to Sec. 86.01 of the City Charter; and

BE IT ORDERED, that Chief Todd D. Axtell and Assistant Chief Kathleen A. Wuorinen be designated as the authorized signers for contracts made in the name of the City of Saint Paul for the Police Department.
