Approving adverse action against the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle and Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop licenses held by NEH Body Shops, Inc., d/b/a Professional Auto Body at 584 Stryker Avenue.

WHEREAS, the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle and Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop licenses held by NEH Body Shops, Inc. d/b/a Professional Auto Body (License ID #20140000206) for the premises located at 584 Stryker Avenue in Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses dated June 6, 2016, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees and submit required information to maintain the licenses; and
WHEREAS, DSI records show that an inspector went to the licensed premises to find the doors locked and the building vacant as well as the business phone was no longer in service and a message left on the licensee’s home phone was not returned indicating the business was no longer operating; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses to request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to request a public or administrative hearing by June 17, 2016 that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle and Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop licenses held by NEH Body Shops, Inc. d/b/a Professional Auto Body are hereby revoked.
