Body

WHEREAS, on May 18, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH TA 16-176, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to an Appealed Special Tax Assessment for Property at 558 GROTTO STREET NORTH. (File No. J1608E, Assessment No. 168309); and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council ratified and spread over one installment; and

WHEREAS, the appellant made a request to Councilmember Thao to delete the assessment; however, he has considered that it be spread over 2 years; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the request; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that the assessment is ratified and spread over 2 years.  Council File No. RLH TA 16-176 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
