Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement (PUBW2016-02R) with Ramsey County for the reconstruction of White Bear Avenue between Interstate 94 and Beech Street.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct White Bear Avenue between Interstate 94 and Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, White Bear Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 65 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2016-02R defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2016-02R, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
