Body
WHEREAS, Heirloom Kitchen and Bar, LLC d/b/a Heirloom Kitchen and Bar, LLC (License ID #20150001529) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 2186 Marshall Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Malt On Sale (Strong) and a Wine On Sale license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was able to obtain nineteen (19) out of thirty-seven (37) possible petition signatures for fifty-one percent (51%) support of the issuance of a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, DSI received a letter from the Union Park District Council in support of waiving the 45-day waiting period in order to issue a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Heirloom Kitchen and Bar, LLC d/b/a Heirloom Kitchen and Bar, LLC (License ID #20150001529) for the premises located at 2186 Marshall Avenue in Saint Paul.
