Staying enforcement for 180 days of City Council File RLH RR 15-5 ordering the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 668-670 CONWAY STREET within 180 days of the June 15, 2016 City Council Public Hearing.

WHEREAS, City Council File RLH RR 15-5 ordered the razing and removal of the structures of 668-670 CONWAY STREET within 15 days of the October 21, 2015 City Council Public Hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council stay enforcement of City Council File RLH RR 15-5 for a period of 180 days as the following conditions are were met by Wednesday, June 15, 2016:
1) a work plan has been provided and has approval of Heritage Preservation staff;
2) the Ramsey County 4R Program has committed financing sufficient to complete the project;
3) $5,000 performance deposit was posted with the Department of Safety and Inspections;
4) vacant building fee payments are current;
5) the property has been maintained; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter, granting a stay for a period of 180 days for the completion of the rehabilitation of the property.
