RESOLVED, that based upon the receipt of a Conciliation Court judgment against the Saint Paul Regional Water Services, the proper officers of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a Court awarded judgment in the amount of $8,028.52 effective June 1, 2016 as a result of a June 23, 2015 automobile accident near the intersection of Central Ave. and Dale Street., Saint Paul Minnesota.
