Title

Appeal of Karl Benson, Cooks of Crocus Hill, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 877 GRAND AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  April 5, 2016, 1:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We have used the cooking surface in the counter of our school in the same manner for more than 20 years.  On March 10, the fire inspector notified us of a requirement to remove and replace hoods and install fire suppression.  An unrealistic request from out of the blue.  Particularly in light of the fact we have made no changes in 13 years.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  March 10, 2016

Inspector/Key Staff:  Wayne Spiering
