Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Belmonte to a letter from the Department of Safety and Inspection dated May 11, 2016, requiring a code compliance inspection at 632 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH and 634 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
