WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-973 accepted the Report of Completion for new sidewalk improvements along the west side of Davern Street from Saint Paul Avenue to Colvin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 3, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
