Amending the financing and spending plans in the Library Agency in the amount of $156,206 for an updated website and online content management system and to pay for modifications to a connecting door.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will receive additional monies in 2016 from E-Rate, the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency needs an updated website and online content management system and additional funds to pay for modifications to the connecting door from the George Latimer Central Library to the James J Hill Library; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these monies has not been established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $156,206 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget and recommends the changes to the 2016 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
