WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ain Dah Yung Center to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1212 RAYMOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny appeal and grant extension to July 11, 2016 for Items 1 and 3; and grant until September 16, 2016 for the retaining wall; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
