WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Wally Nelson; Renovation, Inc.; to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1076 WAKEFIELD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal with an extension until July 11, 2016 May 31, 2017 to allow Class 5 gravel for the existing parking surfacing, provided the parking surface be bounded by landscaping to not spread to other parts of the property or neighboring properties; the parking surface is maintained to reduce pooling and clear of weeds and grass; and, a site plan is submitted to Zoning Site Plan Review to address how much surface can be used for parking and to mitigate water run-off and further erosion to the improved alley; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
