WHEREAS on April 20, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 16-9, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services from November 6 to December 21, 2015. (File No. J1606P, Assessment No. 168405); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1193 Arona Street, being described as: Lake Park Addition Third Div N 12o Ft Of Lot 1 Blk 2, with the property identification number 27-29-23-22-0053 was assessed an amount of $195.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is now a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $195.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 16-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
