RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Injuries and Damages fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Senayit Sbhatu the sum of $25,000.00 in full settlement of all claims for personal injury resulting from an automobile accident on February 1, 2013 near the intersection of Hwy 36 and English St., Maplewood, Minnesota.
