WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Garding to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 338 Burgess Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension until June 7, 2016 to come into compliance with the parking surfaces. Owner will need to submit a site plan to Zoning for review and approval. Owner will also need to bring the expired tabs current by May 15, 2016; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
