Accepting a four-foot right-of-way easement from Hamline Station LImited Partnership for the Hamline Station project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works ("Public Works) of the City of Saint Paul ("City") is requiring a permanent right-of-way easement ("the Easement") over property located at the northeast corner of Hamline Avenue and University Avenue West, Saint Paul, said property owned by the Hamline Station Limited Partnership ("Property Owner") for the Hamline Station project being developed by Project for Pride in Living, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Property Owner has agreed to provide the Easement and is now requesting that the City accept the Easement, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Public Works has reviewed and approved the Easement as drafted; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby accept the Easement, in a form and content substantially as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and authorize the proper city officials to record same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
